Personal data processing information clause

  1. The following clause specifies the terms of personal data processing conducted by OptAd360 sp. z o.o. in order to manage the requests and/or inquiries addressed to the company through the contact form placed at the website: as defined in the article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Regulation No 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as well as reversing the Directive 95/46/WE (GDPR).
